Before the ride
Background-checked drivers
Every driver passes a criminal background check and driving-record review before their first trip, with ongoing rechecks. Vehicles must pass inspection.
Know who's coming
Name, photo, vehicle make and color, and license plate — all shown in the app before your driver arrives. If it doesn't match, don't get in.
Phone numbers stay private
Calls and messages between riders and drivers are relayed, so neither side ever sees the other's real number.
During and after
Share your trip live
Send anyone a live link to your route, driver details, and ETA. It expires when the trip ends.
Every mile on the record
GPS traces of every trip are retained, so disputes are settled with data — and bad actors, on either side of the ride, are removed.
Two-way ratings, human review
Low ratings and reports are read by a person, not auto-filed. Deactivations come with a reason and an appeal path — for drivers and riders alike.
Built around Minnesota's TNC law
Minnesota wrote real rules for ride-share companies — driver pay floors, insurance requirements, deactivation rights. We didn't fight that law; we built our company on top of it.
