If you live in Anoka, Elk River, or St. Francis, you know the drill: open a ride app, watch the spinner, get quoted downtown-Minneapolis prices for a driver who's fifteen minutes away and resents the trip. The big platforms are built for urban cores. Out here, we're rounding error to them.
rebuw flips that. We operate only in the northern Twin Cities exurbs, with drivers who live in the towns they serve. A tight footprint means short pickups, drivers who know that Hanson Boulevard backs up at 3pm, and a company small enough to answer for itself.
And we made two promises structural, not aspirational. Demand pricing is capped at 1.75×, disclosed before booking, and locked with the quote; we publish the entire base rate card on this site. Drivers keep 60% of every fare with Minnesota's pay floor guaranteed on each individual trip, not laundered through a 14-day average. When honoring that floor costs us our whole cut, it costs us our whole cut.
That's the company. No moonshots, no master plan to be everywhere. Just the north metro, done right.
