Privacy policy

What we collect
Your phone number (it's your login), trip locations and GPS traces, payment details handled by our payment processor, and the device information needed to run the app. Drivers additionally provide license, insurance, vehicle, and background-check information.
What we use it for
Running trips: matching, navigation, pricing, receipts, safety review, and the records Minnesota requires us to keep. Demand data is used in aggregate to position drivers — never to change an individual's price.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share rider phone numbers with drivers (or vice versa) — contact goes through a relay. We don't use your trip history for advertising.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who run our infrastructure (maps, SMS verification, payments), with authorities when the law requires it, and trip details with the other party to your trip (your driver sees pickup, destination, and first name — not your number).
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of your data from in-app support. Some records must be retained for the periods Minnesota law and tax rules require, and we'll tell you which when you ask.
